Srinagar: As predicted, most parts of Kashmir have received good rainfall and snowfall during last 12hrs. There were reports of snowfall in some plains this morning.
Forecast for Today: Moderate rain/snow is expected at most parts of Kashmir and at few parts of Jammu region.
There are less chances of snowfall in plains as day temperatures are likely to increase.
