Rohit Kansal transferred, posted as Principal Secretary Power Development Department

Srinagar: Government Spokesperson Rohit Kansal has been transferred and posted as Principal secretary to the Government Power Development Department.

“In the Interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with Immediate effect,” the order reads.

Rohit Kansal, IAS (JK 1995), Principal Secretary to Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.

He shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Department Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited and Managing Director, JK Power Corporation Limited, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

He shall also hold the charge of Principal Secretary (Coordinator) to coordinate with Government of India for review and monitonng of issues projects, order reads.

M. Raj, IAS (JK 2005), Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Planning, Deveiopment and Monitoring departrment.

He shall also hold the charge Administratrve Secretary, Hospitality and protocol estates and Civil Aviation Departments and Managing director J&K Protect Construction coorporation  limited in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
