Railway Service Suspension Extended Till 9th June

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — The Jammu and Kashmir administration extended the suspension of railway service till 9th June in view of Covid-19 situation in the Union Territory.

The railway service between Baramulla-Banihal and vice versa shall continue to remain suspended till 9th June, 2021. Earlier, the extension in suspension was scheduled to end today.

An order issued by railway authorities reads, the cancellation of train service between Baramulla and Banihal has been extended till June 9.

The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has extended the cancellation of train service in J&K from Baramulla to Banihal section and vice-versa up to 09-06-2021. All concerned note and act accordingly, the order added. — (KIMS)
