Pulwama Police arrested Notorious Drug peddler, Contraband Substance Recovered
Pulwama 6th Jan. 2025: Continuing its unwavering efforts to eradicate the menace of Drugs from the society and taking stringent actions against Drug Peddlers, Pulwama Police arrested one more Drug Peddler and recovered contraband substances from his possession
A police party of police post Newa while patrolling at Wurwan apprehended one person identified as Mudasir Ahmed Bhat S/o Gh Mohhidin bhat R/o Parigam. During search 5 gms of Herion like substance was recovered from his possession.
In this regard, a case FIR no. 04/25 U/S 8/22 NDPS Act, has been registered in police station pulwama and investigation has set into motion.
The Strict & legal actions against Drug Peddlers will continue in future as well. People are requested to co-operate with Police in eliminating the Drug menace from the society.
