Impersonator Arrested In Srinagar: Police
Srinagar: Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a “cheater impersonating as a vigilance commissioner.”
“Srinagar Police arrested the impersonator namely Javed Akhtar son of Abul Kalam and his wife Nishat Akhtar resident of House no F-82, G-10, Jawaher Park Lakashmi Nager, Delhi East who was impersonating as vigilance commissioner,” said a police spokesman.
The accused was wanted in a case FIR no 40/2018 under section 419, 420, 120B RPC of Police Station Rajbagh.
“Further investigation of the case is under progress,” he said.
