Councilor gets bail in cheating, forgery case in Baramulla
Srinagar, Sep 17: A local court in Baramulla has granted bail to the councilor Ashiq Hussain alias Ashiq MLA in a fraud case he was arrested in by Police.
He was arrested by Police few days ago in a case registered vide FIR number 63/2020 for the offense of cheating and forgery.
The court has granted the accused interim bail and imposed several conditions on him including that he would not temper prosecution evidence or influence witness.
