Army vehicle crushes youth to death in Srinagar, people protest

Srinagar: A youth was crushed to death by an Army Vehicle near Badamibagh area in Srinagar city.

According to reports, a youth died on spot after an Army vehicle hit a Scooty bearing Registration Number JK01AD 0992 near Badamibagh Cantonment in Srinagar.

Soon after the incident, people blocked the road and staged a protest, demanding action against the army driver.

A team of police rushed to the spot and and are trying to pacify the protesters assuring them strict action against the army driver, said an official
