Youth Injured In Tosa Maidan Blast Succumbs At SKIMS
Budgam: One of the five youth injured in a mysterious blast in the picturesque Tosa Maidan meadow in Budgam has succumbed to injuries at JVC hospital SKIMS.
The slain has been identified as Wajid Ahmad Ahangar son of Bashir Ahmad Ahangar, a resident of Zwogu Arizal. Ahangar had suffered multiple splinter injuries in abdomen, legs and arms. Family sources of Ahangar confirmed his death.
The other two injured have been identified as Mudassir Ahmad Ganai, 20, son of Muhammad Ramzan, resident of Zwugu; Wasim Ahmad Ganai, 22, son of Abdul Majeed Ganai, resident of Zwugu.
The injured were initially shifted to SDH Khag from where two of them were later referred to JVC Srinagar for specialised treatment.
A police spokesperson termed the blast as “mysterious”.
