Youth dies of suicide in Budgam village
Srinagar: An 18-year-old boy has ended his life by allegedly committing suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his home in a village in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
News Agency Kashmir Dot Com reported that a youth identified as Danish Ahmad Kumar son of Farooq Ahmad Kumar, a resident of Shogpora Budgam consumed some poisonous substance at his home during the intervening night of Tuesday-Wednesday.
He was immediately rushed to nearby hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and have registered a case under various sections of law and taken up further investigations in this regard.
