Youth arrested with ammunition in Anantnag
Anantnag: A youth was on Friday afternoon arrested with ammunition in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
The arrested youth has been identified as Adil Fayaz Bhat, Son of Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Khiram Sarigufwara area in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Sources said, he was travelling on a bike bearing Registration Number JK03F 8588 and was stopped by police at Naka in Karikadal area in Bijbehara and recovered 50 rounds of AK-47 from his possession.
Police has registered a case (FIR no 184/2020) under section 7/25 Arms Act and 23 ULA Act in this regard.
