Youth arrested for keeping unauthorized rifle in Srinagar

Srinagar: Police registered a case against a youth for possessing an unauthorized 12 Bore rifle in Srinagar.

Kashmir News Trust reported that Wildlife Department after receiving information, apprehended one Sahil Ahmed Dar, a resident of Hokarsar area of Srinagar with an unauthorized 12 Bore rifle.

The youth in possession of the rife failed to produce genuine document and was handed over to police.

Police Station Parimpora arrested the said youth and registered a formal FIR vide number 71/2021 under section 7/27 Arms Act, 353,51 WLTF against the offender.
