Wreath laying ceremony of Tanveer Ahmad held at DPL Anantnag
Anantnag, Jun 21: To pay homage to the slain Ct Tanveer Ahmad who was killed on Wednesday evening in a militant attack near Kandizal Pampore area of Pulwama district.
A wreath laying ceremony was held today at District Police Lines in Anantnag.
Civil & Police Officers led by DIG SKR Amit Kumar laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains & paid rich tributes to the slain who made supreme sacrifice in the line of duty.
Among others, DC Anantnag, Mohammad Younis Malik , SSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan, CO IR 17, SP Hqrs and other officers and jawans of police laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains of the slain cop.
