Why Terrorism Still Exists Srinagar,

Sept 15  : National Conference leader Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Sunday questioned the BJP government’s effectiveness in curbing terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, despite being in power for the last five years.

Referring to the PM Modi’s claims that Article 370 was responsible for terrorism in the J&K, Dr. Abdullah said, “They used to say that Article 370 is responsible for terrorism here. Today, it is not Article 370. So, where did this terrorism come from? Where are these guns coming from?” He further criticized the BJP, saying, “They lie every day. They lie day and night.”

In response to a question about Engineer Rashid, Dr. Abdullah asked, “Why was Engineer Rashid released during election time only?” (KNS)
