Weather turns pleasant as rains lash Kashmir; minimum temperature sees improvement

Srinagar, 23 Feb: Light to moderate rainfall lashed parts of Kashmir on Tuesday morning, making the weather pleasant, even as showery weather is likely to continue till 02 March.

Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 6.6 degress Celsius & 2.2mm rainfall during past 24hrs.

Pahalgam recorded a low temperature of 3.2 degrees Celsius & rainfall equivalent to 3.2mm.

Kokernag, Kupwara & Qazigund recorded low temperatures of 3.4°C, 6.2°C & 4.0°C & 2.2mm, 4.6mm & 3.4mm rainfall respectively.

Gulmarg recorded rainfall equivalent to 4.8mm & a low temperature of 0.0 degrees Celsius.
