Weather Situation In Jammu, Kashmir And Ladakh
Friends, currently monsoon is active over J&K as a result of which Jammu and Kashmir received moderate to Heavy shower during past 12 hours.
Forecast: Intermittent moderate rain /shower with heavy shower at scattered places of Jammu division and isolated places of Kashmir Division is likely to continue for next 2 days.
Light to moderate rain is also likely at many places of Zanskar, Kargil and Hilly area of Leh district as well.
This rain may trigger landslide, flash flood and shooting stones in hilly areas. People are requested to exercise caution while on journey, trekking etc.
