We accept the challenge: Ram Madhav reacts to Er. Rashid’s remarks

 

Srinagar, Sep 11: Ram Madhav, a senior BJP Wednesday said that they accept the challenge of Er. Rashid wherein later said that he would fight against Modi’s Naya Kashmir policies.

 

 

 

Madhav took to X to respond Er. Rashid remarks he made after his release on bail from Tihar Jail.

 

 

 

“This rank separatist, in jail for last 5 years under UAPA for indulging in anti-India activities, is out on bail to further vitiate Valley politics. Look at the language… anti-Modi rants, restoring Article 370, freeing terrorists from jails… no different from what Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti, or others like Sajad Lone of the NC, PDP, or PC—the so-called Gupkar Gang—are saying. He wants to defeat Modi’s dream of Naya Kashmir. We accept the challenge. Naya Kashmir’s march will go on unrelenting,” Madhave wrote on X.

 

 

 

Er. Rashid after being released from jail criticised the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5, 2019, and vowed to oppose Modi’s policies in Jammu and Kashmir.

 

 

 

 

“I will not let down my people. I take a pledge that I will fight PM Modi’s narrative of ‘Naya Kashmir,’ which has failed totally in J&K. People have rejected whatever he did on 5th August 2019. I am committed to working for the welfare of my people,” he said.

 

 

 

 

“We are not going to get scared. My fight is bigger than what Omar Abdullah says. His fight is for the chair, my fight is for the people. I am a victim of BJP, I will fight against PM Modi’s ideology till my last breath… I am coming to Kashmir to unite my people, not to divide them,” he said while replying to a media query.
