Water supply to remain affected for 2 days in parts of Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 12: Water supply will remain affected in parts of Srinagar on 13 and 14 December 2020.
As per the handout issued by Executive Engineer Water Works Division Srinagar, the water supply would remain affected at Gulabbagh, Habak, Zakura, Hazratbal, Nigeen, SaidaKadal and parts of Lal Bazar.
“General public is informed that the water supply shall remain affected for two days i.e. on 13 December and 14 December 2020 in order to carry out repair works of major supply line at Gulabbagh Srinagar,” reads handout.
“People of these areas shall take adequate measures with respect to storage of potable drinking water,” it added.
