Vehicular Movement To Remain Suspended On Srinagar-Jammu National Highway On Tuesday

SRINAGAR (KIMS) — In view of the road widening works in Ramban district, the vehicular movement on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway will remain suspended on Tuesday.

According to Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq, in line with safety protocols and widening of road at Kishtwari Pather and Dalwas areas of the district, the vehicular movement on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway will be halted for 24 hours from tomorrow (Tuesday) 08:00 am till Wednesday 08:00 am.

He also advised commuters or general public to avoid traveling on the highway during this period.

According to Traffic Officials, no vehicular movement shall be allowed after 09:00 pm from Qazigund towards Jammu and 08:00 pm from Nagrota (Jammu), 09:00 pm from Udhampur towards Srinagar on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway in view of road widening works. — (KIMS)
