Untoo worried about Malik’s ill health in Tihar
Asks intl community to make India accountable for muzzling rights of political prisoners
Srinagar: Chairman IFJHRJK and senior HR activist Ahsan Untoo expressed serious concern on the deteriorating health of JKLF chief Yasin Malik, who is lodged in Tihar jail.
Untoo said Yasin Malik was shifted from Kot Bhalwal Jail to New Delhi’s infamous Tihar Jail, where his health is seriously ill.
Untoo added that Malik’s family has no information about him for the last ten days, which is a matter of grave concern and against the rights of a prisoner.
Untoo impressed upon international community to meddle into the matter as rights of political prisoners are muzzled by Indian government.
