Unidentified Male Dead Body Found In Pampore; Police Appeals General Public To Help Them In Identifying Deceased

Pampore: Pampore police retrieved a dead body from Jhelum near Galander area of Pampore in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday morning.

The body was shifted to Sub District Hospital Pampore for identification/postmortem.

Pampore police after receiving information about presence of body near river Jhelum in Galandar area of Pampore, a party from Police Station Pampore visited the spot and retrieved the dead body.

The dead is a male aged around 35 years and his identification was yet to be ascertained.

Police has registered a case and started investigation in this matter.

Police has also appealed general public that if any body has any information regarding identity or residence of the deceased, he or she may communicate it to Police Station Pampore.
