Two Security Personnel Injured In Grenade Attack In Anantnag

Anantnag: A paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man and a J&K Police Cop were injured in a militant attack in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday.

Reports said that the militants hurled a grenade and opened fire at CRPF post located outside a bank in Anantnag district.

The CRPF men retaliated, leading to a brief exchange of fire which resulted in injuries to two security personnel.

The injured security personnel were identified as Special Police Officer Mudasir Ahmad and Surinder Singh.
