Two Minor Girls Kidnapped, Sexually Assaulted In Srinagar
SRINAGAR (KIMS) — Two youths were arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting two minor girls in Srinagar.
Police said, two youths namely Hilal Rather (24), son of Gh Mohd Rather, a resident of Haygam, Sopore and Shabir Mir (30), son of Gh Mohd Mir, a resident of Kreeri, Baramulla were arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting two minor girls in Lal Bazar area of Srinagar.
Both the minor girls (12-years-old) and (13-years-old) were rescued and the accused persons involved in the commission of crime were arrested, police said.
In this regard, a FIR No 41/2023 U/s 363, 376 IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act has been registered at Lal Bazaar Police Station. — (KIMS)
