Two Militants Killed In Sopore Encounter, Educational Institutions Shut, Internet Snapped

Sopore: Two militants were killed in an encounter between government forces and militants at Drusoo, Watergam area of North Kashmir’s Sopore town.

Police officials say one body has been recovered from the encounter site while as his identification was being ascertained and the search for other body was going on.

Meanwhile, district administration has decided to shut down all the educational institutions today on (Friday) 3rd August, 2018 in North Kashmir’s Sopore town as a precautionary measure.

Further, internet services were also snapped in Sopore town as a precautionary measure.
