Two bakers tested positive for Coronavirus in Pinglena Pulwama

Pulwama, May 22: Consequent upon the random aggressive sampling taking place in red zone villages of pulwama, two bakers belonging to common family in Pinglena have tested positive for COVID-19.

A total no 21 cases have tested positive of COVID-19 in the district including 12 active positive cases besides 9 recovered ones.

Aggressive contact tracing has been initiated and all the contacts are being sampled besides placing the suspects in adminstrative quarantine.

It is pertinent to mention that Pinglena village is already declared as red zone and district authorities have appealed the people to obey lockdown restrictions and co-operate with the Adminstration in complete containment of the COVID-19.
