Tral boy wins gold medal at International championship in Nepal

Tral, 4 Feb: A boy from Tral area of Pulwama district in South Kashmir has won the gold medal at an International Championship held at Nepal.

Officials said that a boy namely Salik Manzoor of Lurow village in Tral emerged victorious at International level, after bagging gold medal at Kathmandu in Nepal.

Soon after the news about his achievement, circulated on social media, people especially in Tral sub district started appreciating him widely.

Meanwhile, the manager of Leeniv Martial Art Academy Tral has expressed happiness over the achievement of the said boy and called it a proud moment for J&K.

“It is the proud moment for Jammu and Kashmir especially for team Leeniv Martial Art Club Tral that Saliq Manzoor won the gold medal at International level,” he said.
