Srinagar, Sep 21, KDC: In a somber gathering, the faculty and students of Govt. Medical College (GMC), Srinagar, came together today to pay their respects and mourn the untimely demise of a cherished colleague, Senior Post Graduate Scholar Dr. Deepak Sharma, hailing from the Department of Surgery.

Tragically, Dr. Sharma, who hailed from Kishtwar district and was residing in Jammu, lost his life in a devastating road accident on Tuesday morning near Qazigund in the southern reaches of Anantnag district, reported news agency Kashmir Dot Com.
