Top Army, Police officers chalk out joint winter security preparedness in Kashmir Srinagar,

Dec 1: Army and Police on Wednesday discussed certain measures as part of winter security preparedness in Kashmir valley, news agency GNS reported while official sources. As per the GNS reported, the Corps commander DP Pandey and IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar held a meeting of officers including those from intelligence and operations at Kilo Force headquarters at Sharifabad in north Kashmir. Among others all sector commanders, DIG North Kashmir Range, COs and SSPs participated in the meeting. Several strategical and tactical aspects were discused in the meeting.

“The meeting took certain measures as part of winter security preparedness,” a senior Police officer told GNS.
