Three drug peddlers arrested in Budgam: Police

Srinagar: Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested three drug peddlers in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

The trio involved in drug offences were arrested at a checkpoint in Nagam on Chrar-i-Sharief Road, said a spokesman.

“Officers at the checkpoint have seized 720 capsules of Spasmoproxyvan and five bottles of Codeine Phosphate from their possession,” he said.

Besides, a vehicle bearing registration number JKO1N- 6080 the trio were travelling on has also been seized, said the spokesman.
