The Medical Employee Federation is delighted to announce a landmark development in addressing the long-pending issue of medical employee duty timings. The Federation, under the dynamic leadership of Shabir Ahmad Langoo (President), Adil Mustafa Bhat (Vice President), and Shahnawaz Ahmad (General Secretary), wholeheartedly extends its profound gratitude to Shri Atal Dullo, Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir UT, and Syed Abid Rashid Shah, Administrative Secretary of the Health and Medical Education Department, for their tireless efforts and visionary approach in resolving this critical matter.

This long-awaited reform has been a core concern for healthcare employees, who have consistently highlighted the need for a structured and balanced duty timing framework. The resolution of this issue is a testament to the unwavering commitment of the administration toward improving the working conditions of healthcare professionals while ensuring efficient and effective healthcare delivery to the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir.
