Terror game and changing names of proscribed outfits check facts
The beginning of the game of terror and things kept accumulating as the years rolled on! PAFF seems the latest ogre that is waiting to see its decimation!

Today Pakistanis on the grey list of terrorist states and has been recently joined by Turkey as democracy in Pakistan has been torn to tatters! The reason is only one, promoting terror!
-‘September 11 when the aircrafts rammed into the high rise buildings in USA made plain how the security of ordinary Afghans was connected to the security of ordinary Americans. Indians and Europeans. Had the cold war not been started after World War-II nothing would have happened and perhaps the terror factor could have been an invisible factor! But that is all history. ‘ Trust me, the war on terror will be finished by the Indian Army!’
-‘I will still say that the United States constructed its most active regional counterterrorism partnerships with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, despite evidence that both governments had been penetrated by al Qaeda. And now it has become a massive problem for India to tackle and the Indian Army knows that they will!’
‘-The reason is simple, if the Prime minister of a country called Pakistan along with the retired and serving generals sits in the company of the terror monsters obviously the world has to turn against them! By the way, it has already! Honestly speaking militarily Pakistan should forget about the strategic depth (Afghanistan) and Military depth ( Jammu and Kashmir). The terror groups that Pakistan has accumulated can do nothing much (I will come to this later in the script but the latest one circulating its picture is PAFF ( People’s Anti Fascist Force). Yes Anti Fascist Resistance forces have come into the equation but the times in Europe and Asia were different and the reasons were different. But India remains the strongest democracy and Pakistan a country which itself has been dwarfed by terrorism!’

In 1970, he led a military training mission to Jordan, proving instrumental to defeating the Black September insurgency against King Hussein’.
-‘In recognition, Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto appointed Zia Chief of Army Staff in 1976 and awarded him the Hilal-i-Imtiaz medal. Following civil disorder, Zia deposed Bhutto in a military coup and declared martial law on 5 July 1977. Bhutto was controversially tried by the Supreme Court and executed less than two years later for allegedly authorizing the murder of Nawab Muhammad Ahmed Khan Kasuri, a political opponent. Assuming the presidency in 1978, Zia played a major role in the Soviet–Afghan War. Backed by the United States and Saudi Arabia, Zia systematically coordinated the Afghan mujahideen against the Soviet occupation throughout the 1980s. Obviously the one eyed man’s next target had to be Punjab and Kashmir! It was!.
‘-Now Imran Khan has caused more damage to Pakistan’s democracy than any of his predecessors. Displaying fascist traits, he has crushed political dissent, victimized political opponents, muzzled the media, bludgeoned religious minorities, inserted the military in virtually every aspect of national life, unleashed a thought police which will decide what can be published and read in the country, neutered an already pliable and compromised judiciary, and of course, moved to Islamise an already Islamised country through the obnoxious Tahaffiz-e-buyaad-e-Islam law passed by the Punjab provincial assembly.

Lashkar-e-Taiba grew up under him in Pakistan as Punjab and Kashmir terror grew up during his times! Most in Kashmir would be remembering groups such as Allaj and Zia Tiger’s’
When Benito Mussolini debuted the Fasci Italiani di Combattimento, the precursor to his fascist party, on Mar. 23, 1919, in Milan, he wasn’t inventing the idea of violent authoritarianism. But he put a name on a new and terrible breed of it. Under his leadership, squads of militants attacked, beat and killed fellow Italians; later, once he had become the authoritarian ruler of Italy, he oversaw brutality in Ethiopia, an alliance with Hitler and the persecution of Italy’s Jewish population and others, among other crimes. Mussolini was a journalist who founded the Milan-based newspaper Il Popolo d’Italia. Originally a socialist party member, he left the group when he fought in World War I. After the war, fascists declared the socialists public enemy number one over their anti-war positions. He became Italy’s prime minister in 1922 and over the next few years turned that position into one of dictatorial power. Benito Mussolini came up with the term fascism, he created the first one-party fascist state and he set the playbook and template for everything that came after,
The only strong non-Fascist organization in the country was the Roman Catholic Church. The Vatican implicitly supported Mussolini in the early years and was rewarded in February 1929 by the Lateran Treaty, which settled the Roman Question at last. Vatican City became an independent state, Italy paid a large financial indemnity to the pope for taking over his pre-1870 lands, and a concordat granted the church many privileges in Italy, including recognition of church weddings as valid in civil law, religious education in secondary as well as primary schools, and freedom for the lay Catholic organizations in Catholic Action. Thus the Pope in Vatican city remains special! That was the beginning but who is this PAFF fighting against! To be honest if there is any Fascist regime in the world, Pakistan stands at the top of the deck and reasons are many!
This was a picture which one anti fascist group circulated. I just got hold of it (It is with the story). It was the least impressive and yet another attempt to spread a belief which the world discards. Yes the same is from jungles and hideouts but it does not serve any purpose! Un the picture Active terror group of J&K People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF) show their associated terrorists with Romanian PM Md. 90 rifles.The weaponry/kit of the group has improved significantly over time, one of the person is wearing ‘Go Pro’ as well! Looks nice but jungle adventures are fatal! If they think they have the spunk to fight then why delay the matters, why not a straight face off with rifles and bullets! Standing with rifles is something that is different, the hunfles add on to machismo but when it comes to straight fight the terrorist is always the loser. Who better that theor own Lashkar-e-Taiba men now. Everyone who has come has hit the grave and if more want to join in they are welcome to the explosive party. By the way, it is in the forests of Bhata Dhurian where the terror is on the run and Indian Army and the J&K Police are on the chase to kill!
I The dreadful start
Lashkar-e-Taiba group, begun in Pakistan in the late 1980s as a militant wing of Markaz-ud-Dawa-wal-Irshad organization is influenced by the Wahhābī sect of Sunni Islam. It sought ultimately to establish Muslim rule over the entire Indian subcontinent. Though based in Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Taiba initially operated in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, on the Pakistan-India border, but by the first decade of the 21st century the group had expanded its reach farther into India. But failed in every sequence of action! One of the largest groups operating in Jammu and Kashmir, Lashkar-e-Taiba was extremely pro-Pakistan regarding control of the region. The group opposed any concessions to India. Further, its leaders expressed the desire to establish Islamic rule throughout India. The group took part in several attacks targeting non-Muslim civilian populations in Jammu and Kashmir in an effort to create a Muslim state. Many of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s members were Pakistani or Afghan. It was believed that the group had ties with Afghanistan’s the then Taliban government and with the wealthy Saudi extremist and al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. Fighters from Lashkar-e-Taiba and another militant Muslim group, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, were killed in August 1998 when U.S. cruise missiles struck bin Laden’s training camps in Afghanistan, and a senior al-Qaeda official was captured in a Lashkar-e-Taiba safe house in Pakistan in March 2002.
II. The wretched men:
Hafiz Muhammad Saeed – founder of LeT and aamir of its political arm, JuD. Shortly after the 2008 Mumbai attacks Saeed denied any links between the two groups: ‘No Lashkar-e-Taiba man is in Jamaat-ud-Dawa and I have never been a chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba. It was a lie! On 25 June 2014, the United States declared JuD an affiliate of LeT. It was because Abdul Rehman Makki was living in Pakistan and second in command of LeT. He is the brother-in-law of Hafiz Muhammad Saeed. The US has offered a reward of $2 million for information leading to the location of Makki. Alive or dead is not known. Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi– released on bail from custody of Pakistan military is senior member of LeT. Named as one of the masterminds of the 2008 Mumbai attacks. On 18 December 2014 (two days after the Peshawar school attack), the Pakistani anti-terrorism court granted Lakhvi bail against payment of surety bonds worth Rs. 500,000. Whether paid or not is not known. Yusuf Muzammil another senior member of LeT and named as a mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attacks by surviving gunman Ajmal Kasab. Where is he? Not disclosed by Pakistan. Zarrar Shah one of LeT’s primary liaisons to the ISI. A US official said that he was a central character in the planning behind the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Zarrar Shah has boasted to Pakistani investigators about his role in the attacks/ What has Pakistan done about hum? Npthing! Muhammad Ashraf, LeT’s top financial officer. Although not directly connected to the Mumbai plot, after the attacks he was added to the UN list of people that sponsor terrorism. He as per reports is no more, whether true or not is not known! Mahmoud Mohamed Ahmed Bahaziq, the leader of LeT in Saudi Arabia and one of its financiers. Although not directly connected to the Mumbai plot, after the attacks he was added to the UN list of people that sponsor terrorism. Nasr Javed – a Kashmiri senior operative, is on the list of individuals banned from entering the United Kingdom for engaging in unacceptable behavior by seeking to foment, justify or glorify terrorist violence in furtherance of particular beliefs and Abu Nasir (Srinagar commander). This are the directors of LET who form the mega canvas of terror productions from Pakistan and PAFF is yet another movie they have produced! It’s going to be an utter flop as many others were because it is the same old stink ridden wine in a new bottle!
III. LeT the terror group gets banned, the developments!
On 28 March 2001, in Statutory Instrument 2001 No. 1261, British Home Secretary Jack Straw designated the group a Proscribed Terrorist Organization under the Terrorism Act 2000. On 5 December 2001, the group was added to the Terrorist Exclusion List. In a notification dated 26 December 2001, United States Secretary of State Colin Powell, designated Lashkar-e-Taiba a Foreign Terrorist Organization. Lashkar-e-Taiba was banned in Pakistan on 12 January 2002. It is banned in India as a designated terrorist group under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. It was listed as a terrorist organization in Australia under the Security Legislation Amendment (Terrorism) Act 2002 on 11 April 2003 and was re-listed on 11 April 2005 and 31 March 2007. On 2 May 2008, it was placed on the Consolidated List established and maintained by the committee established by the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267 as an entity associated with al-Qaeda. The report also proscribed Jamaat-ud-Dawa as a front group of the LeT. Bruce Riedel, an expert on terrorism, believes that LeT with the support of its Pakistani backers is more dangerous than al-Qaeda.
IV. Names were many but the terror group was the same:
On 25 June 2014, the United States added several of LeT affiliates including Jamaat-ud-Dawa, Al-Anfal Trust, Tehrik-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool, and Tehrik-e-Tahafuz Qibla Awwal to the list of foreign terrorist organizations. In February 2019, after the Pulwama attack, the Pakistan government placed the ban once again on Jamat-ud-Dawa and its charity organization Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF). To evade the ban, their names were changed to Al Madina and Aisar Foundation respectively and they continued their work as before. The Resistance Front was new up. The Resistance Front (TRF) was launched after the revocation of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir in 2019. Lashkar-e-Taiba leaders form the core of the TRF. TRF has taken responsibility for various attacks in Kashmir in 2020 including the deaths of five Indian Army Para commandos .
In June 2020, Army’s XV Corps commander Lt General B S Raju said ‘there is no organisation called TRF. It is a social media entity which is trying to take credit for anything and everything that is happening within the Valley. It is in the electronic domain.’ He was right it was Lashkar-e-Taiba in disguise and now PAFF. This is yer another one. Everything is same just the designation! Clearly Lashkar-e-Taiba is running out of ideas as the Indian security grids tightens itself further!
