Ten injured in Kupwara road accident

Kupwara: Atleast ten persons were injured in a road accident in Magam area in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday.

Reports said, the passenger bus bearing Registration Number JK09 0557 on way from Magam to Handwara met with an accident and turned turtle in Magam area resulting in injures to ten passengers.

All the injured passengers have been identified as Mehmooda Begum of Dolipora, Rubeena Begum and Irshada Begum of Sunmoola, Bashir Ahmad Bhat of Shogpora, Hayat Hajam of Sarajpora, Saleema Begum of Sonmulla, Hafeeza Begum of Panzwa, Saima Jan of Kinal, Nazir Ahmad Dar of Sonmulla and Hafizullah Shah of Lilum.

All the injured passengers were shifted to nearby hospital in Handwara for treatment where there condition is said to be stable.
