Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar Suspended In Katra, Reasi

Srinagar, March 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered suspension of Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar in Katra and Reasi districts of Jammu.

“Pending enquiry, Hukam Chand, Naib Tehsildar, Katra, District Reasi, is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect, in terms of Rule 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeals) Rules, 1956,” reads an order issued here. During the period of his suspension, Hukam Chand shall remain attached with the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, it said.

Separately, Kunal Sharma, Tehsildar, HQA to Deputy Commissioner Reasi, has been placed under suspension with immediate effect.

“During the period of his suspension, Kunal Sharma shall remain attached with the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu,” reads the separate order as per GNS.

GNS
