Teenager drowns to death in Pattan
Srinagar, July 15: A 12-year-old boy boy on Wednesday died after drowning in a river Sukhnag area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
As per reports reaching to KD said, a 12-year-old boy drowned in a stream at Sukhnag in Singpora area of Pattan when he was bathing with other friends.
However, locals present there retrieved the body and was rushed to the nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
The deceased was identified as Irfan Ali Dar son of Ali Mohammad Dar of Trehgam Malokpora Sumbal.
A police officer told KD that a case has been registered and further investigation has been initiated. (KD)
