Suspected Bangladeshi national detained near IB in Jammu

Jammu, Jan 1: Police are questioning a suspected Bangladeshi national who was found roaming under suspicious circumstances along the International Border here, officials said on Thursday.

According to police, 19-year-old Shariful Islam was picked up from the Gajansoo area on the outskirts of Jammu city by Border Security Force (BSF) personnel.

After initial questioning, the BSF handed him over to the police for further investigation, they said. (PTI)
