SOPORE POLICE ORGANISED POLICE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP GROUP(PCPG) MEETING IN RAFIABAD

As a part of Public outreach programme of UT government of J&K Sopore Police organised Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting at Rafiabad.
The meeting was Chaired by SP Sopore Smt. Divya D-IPS accompanied by DYSP DAR Sopore and Incharge SDPO Rafiabad Shri. Dr. Hilal Ahmad Hilal-JKPS, LO PC Rafiabad Insp. Aashiq Hussain and IC PP Watergam PSI Ashiq Mansoor.
The meeting was attended by Numberdars, Chowkidars, Representatives of Transport Associations/ Traders Federation, Respectables & Civil society members of concerned area including members of Auqaf Committies.
On the occasion participants highlighted various issues of public importance. During the course of interaction
co-operation of general public in eradication of drug abuse, social crimes, etc., were sought.
Participants were stressed upon to co-operate with Police in curbing the drug menace and in identifying anti-national and anti-social elements who always trying to disrupt the peaceful enviroment.
Participants appreciated the role of Police for conduction of such interaction meetings and assured their full support in curbing the menace of social evils of the society.
