It is the only instrument that synchronises music with body, mind and soul. After that, he did many awareness workshops in various places. He also got a chance to do a workshop with autistic children in the Lions club of Chattisgarh. We know that music helps autistic children to improve their cognitive development. Besides that, it also helps all children to stay away from cell phones, gaming accessories. People very delightfully give response to this effort.”

In this way, he gained a zeal to proceed with his work. He got the opportunity to do workshops abroad.

Shortness of breath can make it hard to breathe deeply. You may feel winded or as if you can’t get enough air into your lungs.

Unlike many other conditions that can cause shortness of breath, this symptom can persist and quickly escalate in people with COVID-19.

Please keep reading to learn more about what to watch out for with this symptom, how to differentiate it from other causes, and when to get medical attention for shortness of breath caused by the new coronavirus.

How does anxiety affect shortness of breath?

Acute stress or anxiety can trigger your biological fight-or-flight response. Your sympathetic nervous system reacts by launching a cascade of physiological responses in response to a perceived threat.

For instance, your heart may race, your breathing may become rapid and shallow, and your vocal cords may constrict when you try to breathe.

Your breathing becomes faster and more shallow because the muscles in your chest take over much of the work of breathing.

When you’re more relaxed, you breathe mainly with the help of your diaphragm, which allows you to take deeper, fuller breaths.

How to get rid of this?

A small but regular harmonica practice in a unique way following ancient yoga’s pranabayu technique can be more helpful in recovering from breathing problems and simultaneously practising music. A fun-loving way could remove people’s stress too. Specially harmonica is technically made by following the inhalation and exhalation theory called the blow draw technique. If the practice is done uniquely, it can work like pranayama to remove stress and strengthen breathing.

In such a way breathing through the nose is more effective than mouth breathing.

So these are the various types of positive responses that can be observed by making people practice harmonica differently.

“The Father of Nose Harmonica” also says

“Practising through the nose without the help of an expert/guru could be dangerous and could cause various types of disorders like nausea, vomiting, and other problems. So people are suggesting to get the proper training to live a healthy life.”

Apart from this, the harmonica is the cheapest musical instrument. A starter pack costs around 500 INR. It is affordable to all people from different financial zones.
