Srinagar, September 23 (ANN): In a significant development, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) Corporator Aqib Ahmed Renzu of Nishat, Srinagar, has been arrested on charges of sexual harassment, outraging modesty, and online stalking. The arrest comes following the presentation of strong technical evidence by the courageous victim.

FIR No 50/2023 has been registered at the RM Bagh Police Station under Sections 354, 354A, and 354D of the Indian Penal Code, based on the victim’s complaint.
