SKIMS Bemina discharged 12 more COVID-19 patients

SRINAGAR, MAY 8: After completion of successful treatment, Twelve (12) more COVID-19 patients admitted in this Hospital for treatment after testing positive more than two weeks back at various referral centres and referred here, were discharged today.

So far among 163 COVID-19 admitted patients in this Hospital for treatment, total number of recovered patients moves beyond 100 and at present the number of recovered and discharged patients reaches to 102 with a recovery rate of 63% at present well above the national average.
On this occasion to boost the confidence in the patients and overcome the stigma unnecessarily attached with this ailment, the Principal SKIMS Bernina, Medical Superintendent (Nodal Officer) and Dr Mubarak Naciash Head COVID-19 management team were present.
