Six injured in Baramulla grenade blast

Baramulla: Atleast six persons were injured in a grenade blast in Azadgunj area in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.

Reports said, “Suspected militants lobbed a grenade on forces party at Azadgunj area in Baramulla which misses the target and exploded on roadside, resulting in injuries to six civilians.”

All the injured civilians were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment, where from two were referred to Srinagar hospital for advanced treatment.

Meanwhile, government forces have cordoned off whole area to nab the attackers.
