Shutdown In Aripanthan, Budgam On 2nd Death Anniversary Of Four Youth’s

Budgam: A complete shutdown is being observed in Aripanthan area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district today on the second death anniversary of four youths.

On this day back in 2016, four youths identified as Mohammad Ashraf Wani, Manzoor Ahmad Lone, Javaid Ahmad Sheikh and Javaid Ahmad Najar were killed and several others were injured after government forces opened fire on protesters at Aripanthan area of Budgam.

All shops, schools, business establishments etc remain closed in the area.

Meanwhile, people from different areas visited the homes of slain youths to offer sympathies with them.
