Shocking; another Sex Racket busted in Srinagar’s Nowgam
Srinagar, Apr 11, KDC: Jammu and Kashmir police in Srinagar on Tuesday have busted another sex racket in summer capital Srinagar, police said.
Reliable sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that on reliable inputs, a police party of Chanapora police station cracked another sex scandal at Nowgam area here.
The residential/shopping complex of Abdul Rashid Kakroo R/o Hyderpora at Shankar-Pora Wanbal Nowgam was searched in presence of Naib Tehsildar B.k Pora after police got specific inputs about the sex racket, they said.
The arrested persons were residents of Charlpora Nowgam, Pantha Chowk, Narbal, Zonimar Soura. Shabir Ahmad and Shazia are husband and wife and are tenants. One Tavera bearing registration number JK01AP- 3251 was also seized during this raid conducted by the police.
Srinagar police in a tweet informed “Investigation in chanpura case led to busting of another prostitution racket in Nowgam area. 1) Shabir Mir of charlipora nowgam, 2) his wife Shazia Mir & 3) Adil Gulzar Hazar of Soura arrested on spot for operating this racket. 2 customers & a sex worker also detained (all locals)”.
