Shabir Dar, Ahsan Untoo Visit Slain Fayaz Wanis House, Pay Tributes

Srinagar: Senior resistance leader Shabir Ahmed Dar and noted human rights defender Muhammad Ahsan Untoo visited the house of martyr Fayaz Ahmed Wani at village Chewkalan and offered tributes to Fayaz besides expressing heartfelt condolences to the family.

Speaking on the occasion, the Shabir Ahmed Dar said that under the garb of cordon and search operation, trigger happy forces do not only kill the innocent civilians but also maim, thrash and vandalise the property of people.

Dar while paying rich tributes to martyr Fayaz who was killed ruthlessly during CASO laid by forces on around over a dozen villages of Pulwama on Monday.

Muhammad Ahsan Untoo also expressed his solidarity with the family of slain Fayaz and stated that he has already filed an application before SHRC that has issued notice to SSP Pulwama seeking his report. Untoo said that Fayaz was killed in a cold blood as forces shot him in his head and there are eye witnesses to to his killing.

Both Dar and Untoo hailed youth for braving ultimate repression unleashed by forces across South Kashmir and stated that resistance leadership is duty bound to take the mission of martyrs to its logical end.
