SC Lists 35-A Hearing On 31st Of August: Govt Council
Srinagar: The hearing for Article 35-A has been fixed on 31st of August in the Supreme Court.
The Council representing State government in the apex court to defend the case Advocate Shoaib Aalam told KNS that the Supreme Court in its earlier adjournment order had mentioned that the petition would be taken up for hearing in the week commencing from 27th of August.
He added that, accordingly the petition has been listed for hearing on 31st of August.
Exonerating further Mr. Shoaib Aalam clarified that there was no mention of case coming up for hearing on 27th of August, instead the order read that it would be heard in the week commencing from August 27. (KNS)
