Reverse order of re-opening of Schools: Bhat Musaddiq Riyaz to Govt

Srinagar: Social activist Bhat Mussadiq Riyaz has requested the government to reverse the order of re-opening the schools in Jammu and Kashmir.

The re-opening of Schools can prove suicidal act as the present situation is alarming & cases are rising very rapidly.

Without taking the risk of spreading the virus rapidly among students & teachers online classes should be continued instead of opening the schools. Consultation can also be done online.

Child’s health is very important and how can children attend schools as their immunity is not that much strong and the campuses were taken up as quarantine centres during entire Pandemic Covid-19. It can increase the risk of catching the virus.

Everybody is aware about the lockdown 4.0. Education can wait but if somebody dies we can’t get him back and academic loss can be compensated not life.

There’s no need for such a order when things are out of control. So, I request government to reverse this order as it’s not the right time to open the schools.
