Release May salaries before EID-ul-Fitr: Teacher’s Bodies

Srinagar: The President J&k Employees Coordination Committee and Chairman JK Teachers Association Shah Fayaz, in a statement issued to CNS on Friday, said as festival of Eid is approaching and due to covid-19 pandemic, government should release salary of employees of J&K UT in advance of may 2020.

Shah said as Eid ul fiter will be celebrated on 24 or 25 of may and taking this into consideration LG administration should look into it and release of salary prior to Eid will be welcome decision, as JK government in past many times did same to boost morale of government employees.

At the same time shah urged and requested government employees to help poor people near your vicinities and contribute on your own as right now salary component is only the major part of money flowing in market.

Shah appealed LG JK UT GC murmu, Advisors to LG, Chief Secretary BVR Subramanium and Commissioner Secretary Finance Dr.AK Mehta to intervene and release salary of may before Eid.
