Qazigund Gunfight Update: House Razed To The Ground After IED Triggered By Forces

Qazigund: House has been razed to the ground after forces triggered IED blast where militants were hiding in Chowgam area of Qazigund of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district after gunfight erupted in wee hours on Saturday.

A Senior Police official told GNS that the house has been razed to the ground after forces triggering an IED where militants were hiding.

He further said that it will take more than 30 mins to retrieve bodies of militants, as off now no dead body militant have been recovered so far.

As per sources five militants were trapped including a top commander at Chowgam area of Qazigund of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district. More details to come. (GNS)
