Says inadequate traffic management  leads to difficulties.
Srinagar||
Human Rights Defender Raqif makhdoomi while requesting administration to put proper traffic arrangements in place said “ As the schools have reopened it has subsequently led to huge rush of traffic in the morning which leads to traffic jams. The traffic jams lead to hurdles in reaching offices , collages and universities on time which is a matter of concern ”. What if a ambulance carrying patient gets caught in that traffic jam who will be responsible for that? Asked raqif makdoomi.
Administration should have had taken steps to ensure hustle free movement of traffic as the schools reopen after a gap of 6 long months but unfortunately administration seems not to care in any way about this thing. The traffic department must ensure deployment of enough traffic police personals to ensure that traffic jam doesn’t led to problems. Traffic police personals must be deployed outside the schools so that the traffic is managed in a proper way.
Raqif makhdoomi rising concerns on the negligence on the part of administration said “ The general public is also equal responsible for traffic jams. The hurry of drivers often lead to creation of many lines which stops the traffic and creates traffic jams. The drives must make sure they don’t break the line and follow the traffic rules”. Youngster riding bikes and Scotty must follow traffic rules and especially wear helmet, avoid triple and rash driving. The traffic police must not let the bike rides who break the rules go free. Proper and strict action must be taken against them.
