Raqif makhdoomi Human Rights Defender has strongly really reacted to the ego of Government in deal the protesting farmer. While strongly reacting to the way being used by the government he said ” The government instead of looking for the way out, the government is busy satisfying ego. People who are protesting are lakhs in number but government instead of doing that they are getting focus on few people coming out for the support. ” The heart breaking part is that the way the ruling party is trying to giving it the colour of khalistan and others. This is same what they tried to do with shaheen bagh. But the farmers are moving intellectually they are countering all the fake propaganda. The most important thing of this protest is how the aren’t at any cost allowing the “Goddi media” to do any propaganda which has been the best part of the farmers protest. But unfortunately the way government is saying “We are Ready to discuss anything but the laws won’t be strapped down”. The agriculture minister who’s calling them for talks with prime minister is side by side saying that laws won’t be taken. So what’s the part of talking when the government is stuck on what it has done. The government must shun the attitude of ” Always being Right “. The government is asking farmers to come and learn about laws. They aren’t holding talks they are holding counselling sessions. Well 8 such sessions have been held and nothing happened but now finally the supreme Court has put it on hold. But still no assurance from any corner about what’s gonna happen in future.

One of the bjp leader was commenting on farmers eating, having pizza and etc etc and went on calling farmers are on picnic. This shows the way the ruling party is looking at the issue. Farmers are being accused of blocking roads but no one speaking about the huge blocks put to stop farmers from reaching Delhi. “It’s time for the government to address the issues instead of making allegations on farmers which aren’t gonna make any difference as they are the people who know to make useless land grow gold” Added Raqif makhdoomi.
