Policeman’s Son Abducted In South Kashmir’s Tral

Tral: Suspected militants on Wednesday night abducted son of a policeman in Tral town of this south Kashmir district.

Asif Ahmad Rather, son of a policeman Rafiq Ahmad was abducted on Wednesday night by suspected militants from his house in Pinglish area of Tral here, a senior police official told Kashmir Reader.

Rather is a student of SK University of agricultural sciences and technology (SKUAST), Srinagar. His father is posted in CID headquarters Srinagar.

Meanwhile, police have launched a search operation to trace the missing cop’s son. More details emerging.
