Police Seizes 21 Kgs Of Poppy Straw In Anti-Drug Drive In Pulwama
Pulwama: Police in continuation of its drive against the drug menace, recovered today a huge quantity of dried poppy straw in Rajpora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
“Today, a police team raided a house of Ghulam Qadir Dar son of Abdul Aziz of Kadipora Rajpora and recovered 21 Kgs of dried poppy straw during the anti- drug drive in the area,” a police officer said.
A case under FIR Number 61/2018 U/S 15/18 NDPS Act was registered and further investigation taken up, he said.
